Information we may receive
When you contact AfriVoyé or submit a booking request, we may receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country of residence, travel interests, preferred travel period and message.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to you, understand your travel interests, provide requested information and communicate about relevant AfriVoyé journeys. We do not sell your personal information.
How it is handled
We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and retain it only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was provided, or as required by law. Our booking form uses a form-delivery service to send your enquiry to AfriVoyé. Services such as WhatsApp and Facebook process information under their own privacy terms when you use those platforms.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information AfriVoyé holds about you, request a correction, withdraw consent for direct communication, or ask for information to be deleted where the law permits.
